In continuation of our Establishing Boundaries thread, the third and final piece is Healthy Boundaries.
What does it mean to have Healthy Boundaries?
A person with healthy boundaries has the ability to say “no” to others when they want to, but are also comfortable opening themselves up to intimacy and close relationships.
If you’re someone with healthy boundaries, you most likely are able to maintain healthy communication within relationships; family, friends and romantic. You are also able to effectively communicate your needs and wants, while also respecting the needs and wants of others.
